# Future Research

As the Vishwa protocol evolves, several key areas for research and development remain pivotal to enhancing its capabilities:

* **Scalability Innovations**: Exploring layer-2 solutions, sharding, and more advanced zk-proof techniques to improve throughput and reduce costs, enabling Vishwa to expand and handle high-volume financial applications.
* **Interoperability with Emerging Blockchains**: Extending the cross-chain functionality of Voyager to support additional blockchain ecosystems and decentralized oracle networks.
* **Advanced Fraud-Detection Mechanisms**: Research into enhancing fraud-proof systems to counter new forms of adversarial behavior in decentralized systems.
* **Optimizing Proof Generation and Verification**: Efforts to continually reduce the computational overhead of zk-proofs and improve efficiency in cross-chain transaction validation.
* **Governance and Decentralized Sequencing**: Investigating decentralized, trust-minimized systems for ordering transactions and managing liquidity across various blockchain networks.

We are actively exploring these avenues and encourage contributions from the community to help advance these research goals.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.vishwalab.com/research/future-research.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
